I am a 100% clean-eating (mostly raw) vegan and have been for quite a while with 6 day a week intense and varied workouts so I am looking for something to get me past this plateau. There is little I could be doing differently with my lifestyle and I feel that the only way to shed remaining water weight and stress-related fat is through a supplement.

Increasing or decreasing calorie and change your workout routine can help. Do different chest or leg exercises, keep your body guessing. I wouldn’t take supplements to get rid of water weight and fat, there’s serious health risks. You can try intermittent fasting, that has shown through studies to help reduce fat and keep it off. It has other health benefits with people with diabetes, blood pressure, etc. There’s more studies shown that IF helps with weight and fat than the six small meals a day plan. You can look into that and see if that helps.
